Description:
The aim of the project is to specify new method of zoning degradation of forest soils caused by acidification and nutritional degradation. The project area comprises of the entire Czech republic with special concern in key areas. More complex new method will replace current system of "endangered zones" based purely on forest health dynamic. Results of project will be ready for implementation in decree proposal that would replace current decree of Ministry of environment No. 78/1996, about delimitation of zones endangered by imissions. Results will be presented within GIS. It will be possible to join new system of zoning with other thematic layers including forest stand maps.
